| Description | Fundaments of criminal liability according to central European continental conception are derived from so called criminal act construction. In the framework of europeisation of criminal law were made atempts to harmonise some criminal act constructions - definitions against budgetarial interests of EC in opus Corpus Juris. Herewith obviously raise complications caused by different conception of elements of crime, reflected e.g. typically different conception of fraud in Czech, French and Anglo-americal legal order. |
