| Description | Draft Law on Criminal Liability of Legal Persons (2003 to 2004) was rejected by Chamber of Deputies of Parliament of the Czech Republic within the first round. It assumed real criminal liability of collectives for criminal behaviour. It was first attempt of implementation of responsibility of collectives in the Czech criminal law. Draft law comprised special criminal law and special procedure out of the Criminal Code and Criminal Procedure Code. |
