| Description | The paper deals with possibilities of standardization in public sector. Problems of standardization are very extensive. It is possible to trace attempts to formulate standards in particular areas of human society, from technical approach to standards of selected services quality. In term of public sector, first, there is given concept of standardization from general view and then there are described individual partial advances of standardization in segments of public sector. |
