| Description | Public administrative, as citizen service, should fill good administration principle, should effectively run on, should contribute to increase ability to economy compete and to grow up quality of citizen life. A part of Czech public administration reform has also been quality and performance content reform. Presently there is being received quality instruments for manage and increase quality in public segment from private sector. The Department of Home Affairs is a prop for quality instruments implementation to public administration through methodical quiding and coordination, through patronage of quality projects and seminars and through awarding for quality and innovation in public administrative. This article describes history of this awarding in light of quality instruments width on level of the municipalities with extended field of action (III. types), of the municipalities with commissioned council (II. types) and the other municipalities (I. types). |
