Description A case of a young male with bullous SLE is described. Bullous lesions were induced by the pulse therapy with methylprednisolone, cyclophosphamide and mesna. Bullous SLE is a rare condition with autoantibodies against collagen VII. An association with active lupus nephritisis is suspected. In our case the lesions bealed with topical therapy and the pulses were continued in tapered regime.
