| Description | The author of this article focuses on the defining of procedural acts of individual subjects in civil proceedings with regards to the gradual development of technological means which can be used in making these procedural acts. At present this development is necessarily reflected also by Czech legal regulation, in particular in the latest amendments of Civil Procedure Code or in separate legal regulations. |
