| Description | The article analyses the proposal of the Antidiscrimination Act that was at the time of writing n the legislature process from the point of view of equal treatment and protection against discrimination in labour law relations. It highlights the necessity of existence of the antidiscrimination legislature for guarantee of the right to equal treatment provided in the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. In addition, it aims at the compliance of EU Law requirements on the regulation of equal treatment and prohibition of discrimination in the national law relating to labour law. |
