| Description | There is analyzed the development in the particular local political systems in the frame of five local elections in the monograph. The first premise is that the local politics is the real political level, which can be analyzed with the use of the similar instruments as the national politics. One of the many presumptions is that the phenomenon of independence that we can see in many local political systems doesn't restrict the research of local politics. It is only another face of the party politics. Another presumption is that there will be many differences in the electoral behavior in parts (Southwest and Northeast) of the district Šumperk. We tried to verified, that historical, economical and socio-demographic factors affect the electoral behavior and the politics. There is analyzed and applied the theory of coalitions, also in the context with the phenomenon of partiocracy at the local level. |
