| Description | The tools of territorial planning, as documents which are setting the rules for territorial treat and security, are set by the constructive statue. The contribution focuses on combination of own and delegated force in process of creation of planning documentation - territorial plans a regulative plans. Municipalities and its authorities are, in this processes, subjects which are deciding and also subject that could be decided about and also as aggrieved subjects. In other cases of territorial planning - definition of urban area and territorial proceedings - the law sets only delegated force. |
