| Description | The contribution makes critical references to several changes realized in so called reform of local public administration in the Czech Republic, especially to those of cardinal importance for the economic bases of contemporary Czech local self-government. Later it critically deals with two basic problems of the economic bases: with the level of legal regulation of the property of the Czech local self-government units and with the state of transformation of allowance organizations established by the local self-government units. Shortly the desired tendencies of trends in given areas are mentioned. |
