| Description | Submitted contribution consist of two parts, theoretical first part (The place of theory of law in the system of the jurisprudence) and the second practical part (District council - summer contemplation on §§ 99-102 of the statute 128/2000 Sb.). Theoretical questions on the position of the law theory in the system of the jurisprudence are among others in the first part. The second part is dedicated not only to the actual problems - from the de lege lata, de lege aplicata and the lege ferenda point of view - of the important city authority - the district council. |
