| Description | The article concerns the problem of binary algebraic operations on two- and three-element sets. Mastering of the corresponding theory on finite sets helps students to understand and acquire this theory in general. First the article contains a complete reviews of algebraic structures on a two-element set, then there is a problem of inverse operations which is solved on a three-element set, including some other specific questions. |
