| Description | In the Czech e-government, particularly the project of Czech POINTs represents the most visible central government initiative. The project was tested during the year 2007 and its full practice has launched officially since the beginning of 2008. Because of his relatively fast practice and improvements it can be considered as the Czech e-government showcase initiative. The paper describes the Czech POINTs and evaluates the project in reference to the NISPAcee's eGovernment Learning Platform framework. |
