| Description | We synthesized the dypiridinium salt bearing carboxylic group on the middle aromatic ring. Using the 1H NMR titration we found that the salt forms an inclusion complex with cucurbit[7]uril where the pyridinium ring attached to the central aromatic unit in metha- position is included inside of the host. |
