Description | A 42-year-old worker in the manufacture of cis-platinum presented with a widespread papular eczema (potassium trichloroamine-platinate, potassium tetrachloroplatinate, oxaliplatin). The tests were positive to all 3 platinum compounds. The dermatitis was reported as occupational. |
