Description | The article describes a motivation about applying humanistic psychological approaches in education of software engineer. Especially Person-Centred Approach (PCA) introduced by Rogers in 50's psychology is described. We substantiate desired profile of graduate in practice on the basis of surveys and researches, what is the role of transversal competencies (Soft-Skills) and how we can enhance them. The article introduces experiences from concrete courses both in Czech Republic (Faculty of Informatics, Masaryk University - FI MU) and University of Vienna. It describes case study of PCA implementation to others subjects at FI MU. |
