Description | Abusers of both methamphetamine (METH) and MDMA are sharing the opinion that the combination with the nootropic piracetam (PIR) produces more profound desirable effects, while decreasing hangover. PIR admixture is also detected in some of pills with these drugs on the street market. There is however a lack of valid studies on such drug-drug interactions in the literature available. The present experiments compared behavioral effects of METH and MDMA given alone and in combination with PIR in mice. |
