| Description | The purpose of this article is to determinate the legal basis of the right to free access to information and its connection to Public Administration, where the right to be aware of information concerning public affair administration prevails in every democratic system. In the last decades the importance of the protection of the right to information brought the regulation on the international basis. In the Czech republic the right to infomation is estabilished in the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms and it is mainly regulated by The Act No. 106/1999 Sb., on Free Access to Information and the related legal regulation. |
