| Description | The purpose of this article is to analyze consequences of the Great Depression and the way this crisis was being dealt with in the Weimar Republic and the Third Reich. The author focuses especially on tightening process of financial markets in Germany. Next to that, he outlines the governmental regulation over financial market, which was one of the consequences of the crises. In the second part of this article, the author pinpoints the legal instruments that the national socialists used while trying to lower an unemployment rate,which was the main goal of their efforts while fighting the Great Depression. |
