Description Using an anonymous questionnaire was asked 228 customers with a motoric disability from the social care institutions. In the analysis sample were found in many life-long experience with a range of addictive substances is the nature of addictive behavior activities. These people usually respect the advice of parents, educators and therapists, and massive testing and further drug resist more than the majority of the population without health handicap. Surprised consumers lower incidence of tobacco and marijuana (in the general population with 50-60% experimented adolescents and young adults in the sample only 16%), higher incidence of alcohol-drinkers (10%). There were experiments with opioids and stimulants, hallucinogens, volatile substances as well as dancing drugs. Depressants were non lege artis in the examined sample used more frequently than is usual in the general population (especially women), even in the last six months and months before the study. Gambling on the machines remained mostly at the level of 1-3 experiments, one fifth the file it had tried in their life. Watching TV, videos, DVD to most respondents spend 1-3 hours a day, like playing computer games. On-line activity is mostly restricted to the time within 1 hour a day, using your mobile phone 10-30 minutes a day. Respondents to the use of drugs most commonly motivated by friends, warning them that the second identified the parents, 16% of respondents are sometimes met with drug dealer. The major reasons why the drugs were tested, one of the suppression of health problems, curiosity (which is dominant in the majority population), induce pleasant states. The most easily available habit-forming substances include depressants, cannabis, hallucinogens, volatile substances and dancing drugs.
