| Description | Publication think about proofs in a criminal procedure in relation to experts opinion, status of expert in the framework of criminal procedure, his discretions and duties, signification and content of experts opinion like one of proper evidence, assessing of verity of experts opinion, determination of expert awards criteria and others related aspects. Its divided in two parts namely the theoretical part and the practical part. In the first part is implemented a legal form analysis related to status of expert in criminal procedure both from a view of valid legal form and in relation to its preparing legislative changes. In the second part are mentioned some practical aspects and chosen application problems. In conclusion are introduced standard questions for chosen occupaties and branches of experts investigation. |
