| Description | In the present study, the aim was to clarify whether acute and chronic administration of sigma receptor haloperidol contributes to the electrophysiological changes of myocardium at nanomollar, i.e. clinically relevant concentrations. 3-D electrogram was recorded, the heart rate, QT interval and incidence of arrhythmias were evaluated and the coronary flow was measured. The comparative study was performed between acute and chronic group. |
