| Description | The article deals with the knowledge from the questionnaire which has been made between the probational workers, judges and state prosecutors in the Czech Republic. There are discussed the aspects of the enforcement of the community service, suspended sentence connected with the probational supervisoin and probational programmes. The article outlines some problems of the people who deals with the enforcement of alternative sanctions and offers some solutions and suggestions de lege ferenda not only for changing the law, but as well changing the way how to deal with offenders. |
