Description Since 1980 miinvasive technics have been drawing major in surgery. During last 19 years laparoscopy have started to change routine open surgical technics, endoscopy changed sight in thoracic surgery. Recently neck-surgery is up-to-date aplication in endoscopic approaches . The best effects with using the most modern technic are the postooperative analgetic running, beauty incision, minimaly bleeding, lower risk of lesion reccurent nerve, good posibility of the preparation of the parathyroid glands and visualisation reccurent nerve. Methods: monitoring and operations sampled from groups of patients (criteria of the selection: benign nodus less than 30mm, capacity less than 20ml, non inflammation, without previous operation on the neck, without x-ray). Diagnosis defined by ultrasonography, scintigraphy, punction aspiration cytology, endocrinology dispensatory. Basic aim is the optimal operation approach and type of endoscopy in therapy of benign lesion thyroid and parathyroid glands.
