Citation
Description To turn to God means to speak to someone else, but also to see one’s neighbour and to try accepting his or her, eventually one’s own difference. It also means to accept an existence of someone who is close despite the experienced solitude. A noticable spiritual moment is present in the work of Marie Noel, Sylvie Germain and in poetry of Suzanne Renaud. This paper deals with the role of God in their works and compares thier approaches to spiritual themes. Each writer uses her own typical form of spiritual dialogue. Noel invokes God in long eulogies and litanies, Germain presents him in multiple pictures and Renaud addresses him with a certain discretion.
