| Description | The article deals with particular areas in which the conflicts of interests in the land solution of communities happen or can happen. The communities are corporations, which represent full-valued legal persons and so they are full-valued subjects of proprietary rights, as well. Firstly, the ownership of the communities is regarded from the general point of view; consequently, the author devotes to some specifics of the real estate ownership of municipal authorities. The attention will be paid to the limitations, which happen with the conflicts of interests in the land solution with the environment, especially to the limitations resulting from forest law. |
