| Description | Chronic crural ulcers significantly influence patients lives. The following article deals with negative impacts of chronic crural ulcers on the patients quality of life in more details. Pain is one of the main factors that decrease the quality of life of patients with crural ulcers. The chronic pain may result in sleep disturbances, diminished appetite, and mobility impairment. It may result in a social isolation, dependency on a care of other people, decrease of leisure activities as well as daily housework. It affects patients mind and many patients suffer from anxiety and depression. |
