| Description | Valuation of public cost-effectiveness is actual issue not only in connection with the economic crisis. Public cost-effectiveness is valuated perhaps in all the branches, where are allocated public financial means. The protection of environment area is not exception. The project Analysis of municipal budgets and efficiency in relation to the environmental protection SP/4i1/54/08/ is engaged in evaluation and analysis of municipal environmental cost and design the valuational indicators. This article contains the partial findings of running project stage that is focused in the indicators design and definition. |
