| Description | This paper consists of partial findings of empirical research which aim was find out about quality instruments influence on municipal budgets - budgets of the Czech municipalities, cities and districts. Quality instruments are being implemented into the level of municipal authorities to improve the quality of outputs (especially services) and internal operations. Posiibly impact of this instruments is supposed to influence their earnings and costs. This article attends to matters linked to quality manager in public administration berth establishing in municipal offices. |
