| Description | Autoimmune reaction in subepidermal bullous diseases can be targeted against several antigens in the dermo-epidermal junction zone. Scarring with skin and/or mucosal involvement occurs in cicatricial pemphigoid, epidermolysis bullosa acquisita and IgA linear dermatosis. The experience with the clinical picture, laboratory diagnostics and therapy of patients with cicatrizing bullous dermatoses in the Centre of bullous dermatoses in Brno, Czech Republic is given. |
