Description Cutaneous lymphomas present some unique clinical aspects. There are never primary in lymph nodes or other extranodal sites. From year 1995 until now we have treated 116 patients with different stages of mycosis fungoides. Sézary syndrome, benign CD30+T cell proliferative disorders and pre-lymphomas. We describe our experiences with different modalities in treatment, various combinations, for example bexarotene with PUVA, acitretin + interferon-alfa + PUVA and results of therapy.
