| Description | We describe the case of a patient, who, due to a long-term Psoriasis treatment (among others Psoriasin ung. and long-lasting PUVA treatment), has developed multiple skin premalignant conditions and carcinomas. Considering contraindications of older methods (surgical excision or radiotherapy), new methods of treatment - photodynamic therapy and imiquimod - were introduced. |
