| Description | The paper analyzes the main problem within the general part of the Czech Criminal Code - minimum age limit of criminal responsibility and compares this question with the situation in the member countries of EU. Differentiation between member states EU from this point of view can be impediment to efficiency of European Arrest Warrant. This text includes some recommendations for solving this problem giving some comparisons with foreign countries and a view from the European law perspective. |
