| Description | The present contribution deals with the enforcement of economic and social rights relating to employment and occupation. It consists of three main parts. The first part is dedicated to characteristic features of social rights, especially to their consideration as positive rights. The second part deals with international conventions concerning economic and social rights. The different way of enforcement of such rights is emphasised. The last part analyses particular economic and social rights in the constitutional order of the Czech Republic and limitation of their enforcement by laws implementing related provisions. |
