| Description | The tendency to hypercoagulation in elderly is stressed, the importance of vasculitis, vessel wall changes or abnormal antibiodies - their presence can worse the hypercoagulation. There is mentiones the possibility of non-diagnosed inherited defects of coagulation inhibitors. The spontaneous thrombosis is discussed as a possible warning sign of malignancy. Teh last part is concerned on warfarin therapy and antiaggregation in elderly. |
