| Description | The contribution deals with the relationship of a legal theory and legal practices through the view of normative school (Franz Weyr). Although, this scientific approach, in the first instance, refuses to act in the field of legal practices (creation of norms) we can find some useful knowledge applicable to it. We are finding that even strictly objective cognitive approach can formulate necessary requirements for legislature. Next in the contribution mentioned element is the general influence of a legal science over legal practice and its ability to proffer help to it. |
