| Description | This article deals with the principles on which the concept of compensation for complication in agricultural farming and forest industry is based under the protection of environment set out in the Act No. 114/1992 Coll. on Protection of Environment and Countryside. It refers not only to the law currently in force, but also to problems that regard the process of raising claims for compensation in light of contemporary judgments. |
