Description The paper is focused on elimination of internal market orientation barriers. Adaptation of market orientation is not easy for some specific barriers which impede of application market orientation. The objective of the paper is to introduce barriers of implementation of market orientation at hi-tech firms in the Czech Republic; and to show possibilities of elimination of these barriers.
