| Description | The contribution deals with the regulation of working time in the EU law imposing requirements for the regulation of working hours in the national laws of the Member States. In particular, it analyses certain provisions of the Directive of the Council and the European Parliament 2003/88/EC concerning certain aspects of the organisation of working time. In addition, the contribution includes the case-law of the European Court of Justice interpreting concrete provisions of the abovementioned Directive. |
