| Description | The paper is about how the Framework Decision No. 2003/577/JHA on the execution in the European Union of orders freezing property or evidence was materialised in the content of the Czech code of criminal procedure. Instrument used for freezing of property along the lines of the Framework Decision are freezing of real property, freezing of other proprietary value, freezing of substitute value and european freezing order. The paper is focused on closer analysis mentioned national regulations and remarks of application practise connected with it. |
