| Description | Social educational, leisure, sports and cultural activities in many cases very closely overlap. A wide variety of professions provides on this activities, particularly social and leisure-time pedagogue, coach and cultural educator. In its activities take many analogous roles. These are mainly working with people, which is essential for adequate social aspects of the negotiations with the accompanying, social support, helping, learning facilitation etc. Whole series of the same problems of this profession is also raises - their education, their defining of semi-profession, absence of professional codes and their inadequate salary rating. Collaborative research those professions can help in defining their joint work in many cases the field and in many cases analogous to professional competencies. |
