| Description | The paper deals with the role of public administration in the implementation of financial law. Public administration as a major component of the public sector, producer as well as a production of public goods, depends on the level of public finance regulated by financial law. Influences of these relationships are realized by methods and forms of public administration, aimed at ensuring the material resources for the operation of the production of public goods in sufficient quantities. Implementation of this function of public administration is called financial administration. |
