Description | This report analyzes the decision of the Czech Supreme Administrative Court with regard to the application of the Convention on the Marking of Plastic Explosives for the Purpose of Detection and its enforceability against individuals. Theories of monism and dualism and the shift from a dualist system in the former Czechoslovakia to a monist system in the current Czech Republic are examined as well as the exact status of international law within Czech domestic law as determined by the provisions of the Constitution |
