| Description | In the paper author deals with the possibilities of police authority before the official commencement of actions in criminal proceedings. The author focuses on Czech national regulation contained in Criminal Procedure Code which is in this context deficient and face this regulation with regulation contained in both old and new Police Act. At the end of the paper is mentioned Slovak national regulative connected with aforementioned problems contained in Slovak Criminal Procedure Code which should be for us very inspirational, from the author point of view. New Criminal Procedure Code which is nowadays being prepared in the Czech Republic and which in a way reacts to described situation. |
