Description We can deal with tacit knowledge as with experience. That is why significant point of education and development in companies is also generating of new experiences. The paper suggests new classification of methods used in education and development and working with experiences of participants. The classification scheme used two axes: 1. outer similarity with real business environment and 2. rate of their riskiness.
