| Description | Presented paper constitutesintroduction to the questions of municipal consular law which deals with terminology (consular function, consular service, consular law largo sensu, consular law stricto sensu), categorization (general comparison) of foreign municipal regulation (homogenity/heterogenity, indefectibility/defectibility) and position of the Czech legal arrangement in aforementioned scheme, which can be defined both heterogenous and defective. Authors enumerate problematic aspects of present normative framework and present proposals for innovation based especially on their knowledge of foreign regulation. |
