| Description | The article deals with problems of key competencys development of Faculty of Education students (focused on Drama Education). Feedback from students (between years until 2007 to 2010) reflects improvement in occupational as well as in soft skills: loss of selfconsciousness, improvement of communication and empathy, increasing self-confidence, improvement of relations. |
