Description Flow cytometry is crucial tool in diagnostics of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Moreover, flow cytometry is also used as method with prognostic significance in CLL - assessment of ZAP-70, CD38 and CD49d expressiom. Multiparametric flow cytometry is important for minimal residual disease monitoring after CLL treatment. On the research field, new quantitative flow cytometry is tested in CLL.
