| Description | The wound care management is discussed at the national level by the health professionals and also by the lay man in the Czech Republic. The problematic of the wound care process is partialy arranged by the law in the regulation (nr. 424/2004), but it is not everytime accepted in the clinical practice in relation to the competencies and responsibility of paramedical health care professional who has been used the wet wound healing methods. The article is focused on the description of the actual situation of wound management in the Czech republic and offers also the authors perspective on the support of the standardised wound management in the wound nursing care in Czech Republic. |
