| Description | Surgical treatment of epiretinal membranes is an intensively developing field of vitreoretinal surgery. Peeling of idiopathic epimacular membranes is the method of choice in treatment his clinical entity. Modern vitreoretinal techniques, together with staining using trypane blue makes this treatment effective and safe. |
